I've never stayed anywhere quite like this before. the owner, Fabrizio, goes above and beyond to make sure his guests have an amazing experience. He not only provides helpful advice and takes guests to the ski station, but also sends the Wi-Fi code via WhatsApp even before you ask for it! the rooms are impeccable and have a cozy fireplace that Fabrizio even turns on for you. It truly feels like a home away from home.
There was a small issue with one aspect of the hotel, but it didn't detract from the overall exceptional experience.

He provided us with helpful advice, even taking us to the ski station. the communication was excellent, as he messaged us the wifi code before we even asked for it. Another great aspect was that he offered us a ride around the village, which was a nice touch. Lastly, he made us feel at home by offering us a warm cup of coffee and turning on the fireplace just for us. it was a fantastic choice for our city break.
Honestly, there is nothing negative to say about our experience at this hotel. Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations.

We had an amazing Christmas experience at this cozy accommodation. The hospitality was outstanding and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We were impressed that they offered a complimentary ride to local attractions and the ski station just a short distance away. The location was ideal as it was close to everything we wanted to explore in the area. The cozy fireplace and warm cup of coffee provided a perfect evening ambiance.
